Chocolate Fat Bombs
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbs grass-fed butter
- 1 cup organic cream cheese
- 1 cup organic heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbs organic raw cacao powder
- 2 droppers full of liquid stevia
- 1/4 tsp Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream into a Kitchenaid bowl. With the whisk attachment, start at a low speed and increase slowly. Whip mixture until fluffy.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop out the desired fat-bomb size and freeze 6-8 hours.
- Enjoy!
(I personally like to use the Organic Lactose-Free GreenValley brand cream cheese, Organic Pastures Raw Cream, and Vital Farms unsalted Pasture-Raised Butter. All of these can usually be purchased at Sprouts.)
