Pan-Fried Black Cod

Black Cod Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  • 4 x 6 oz. sliced Wild Black Cod

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • Avocado Oil

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Whisk egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme

  2. Cover fish with egg mixture

  3. Cover with approximately 1/4 cup almond flour

  4. Heat frying pan with avocado oil under medium flame

  5. Cook each side 3-4 minutes per piece
