Low-Carb Cauliflower Mash
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large organic cauliflower
- organic onion powder
- organic garlic powder
- salt
- 2 tbs grass-fed ghee
- 2 tbs organic cream cheese
- filtered water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chop up cauliflower into rough florets.
- Add cauliflower into a steamer in a large saucepan along with water.
- Steam cauliflower on medium-high heat until soft (use fork to poke to test softness)
- Add cauliflower to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasonings to your liking.
