Low Deuterium Cauliflower Stuffing
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Large Cauliflower
- 1 Large Onion
- 1/4 Cup Celery
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Organic Butter
- 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Ground Sage
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 Cup Pecans
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Line cooking pan with wax paper or aluminum foil and grease.
- Dice cauliflower (not too small), onions, celery and garlic (sliced) and mix in bowl.
- Add Olive oil and seasoning to mixing bowl.
- Transfer stuffing from mixing bowl to cooking pan.
- Roast in over for 15 minutes.
- Add chopped parsley and pecans to baking pan and stir.
- Roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
